Can I order online with a credit card?

Yes we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards.

What about paying by check or other methods?

Paying with credit card is the fastest and easiest way to process your order, however, if you prefer to pay using other methods please contact us and we will work out the details.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We will gladly accept Purchase Orders. Please Contact US if you are interested.

How much is shipping and handling?

Typically we do not physically ship the software to you. Instead, once your order is processed we provide a password that you can use to download your software.

If however you would like the software shipped to you on a CD, we can make arrangements for that. Please Contact Us and let us know.

Can I pay by Electronic Check?

Yes, please contact us for details. Keep in mind that it takes several days for your check to clear, ordering by credit card is faster.

What about technical support?

We provide free technical support for installation questions, and pre-sales via email. Please contact us with your question.

What is Foundeo's refund policy?

Software Product Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for installation related issues on software products. Due to software piracy we cannot refund for other reasons.

HackMyCF Service Refunds

You may request a full refund if you are unhappy with the services within the first 30 days. After the first 30 days you may cancel your account at any time, but refunds will not be offered.

eBook / PDFs

PDF documents, and electronic book purchases are not eligible for refunds.
